Seeking for an Accounting & Tax Manager with a Master's in finance/audit, 10+ yrs of finance management, and 5 yrs audit experience. Strong leadership and English fluency required. The Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for the performance and optimization of the accounting & tax activities in his/her site in full compliance with international and local accounting & tax standards as well as Group internal policies, procedures and corporate governance rules.

Take responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data
Adhere and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies and principles
Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
Regularly produce financial reports or statements
Perform and oversee annual audits (internal and external audits)
Meet financial accounting objectives
Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders, Provide recommendations
Be responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulation
Be the stakeholders of the internal and external audit partners
Work with the central teams to develop synergies and ensure proper workflow.
Participate in process simplification, develop automation, Rationalize
Ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration with the FP&A and Controlling teams for overall finance performance
Be a change driver of Company/Finance transformation & participate and lead initiatives linked to the company strategy including quality improvement
Participate in ERP enhancement and maintenance with IT and develop of automation (RPA, etc.) and modern practices.
Attract, develop, and retain a high performing, skilled and motivated team.
Encourage other employees to adhere to standards and quality

Your Profile
Master's degree in finance or Audit or similar
10 years of Finance management experience in international environment
5 years of experience in Audit minimum
Strong Leadership skills
People development oriented
Team player
Experience in a matrix environment would be a plus
Good communication skills
Change management experience
IFRS knowledge
BOFC/HFM knowledge would be a plus
SAP knowledge
Microsoft 365 knowledge
Digital acumen and implementation experience in automation AP/AR would be a plus
Hands on
Continuous Improvement mindset: Process Improvement methodology would be a plus
English fluency and Italian
