The Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for the performance and optimization of the accounting & tax activities in his/her site in full compliance with international and local accounting & tax standards as well as Group internal policies, procedures and corporate governance rules.Your MissionLocal accounting activities Group accounting compliance Tax reportsAccounts payableTreasury and banks activities Statutory books Group reportingTake responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activityMonitor and analyze accounting data Adhere and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies and principles Set up and monitor accounting KPIs Regularly produce financial reports or statements Perform and oversee annual audits (internal and external audits) Meet financial accounting objectives Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders, Provide recommendations Be responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulation Be the stakeholders of the internal and external audit partners Work with the central teams to develop synergies and ensure proper workflow.
