The Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for the performance and optimization of the accounting & tax activities in full compliance with international and local accounting & tax standards as well as Group internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance rules.Your MissionLocal accounting activitiesGroup accounting complianceTax reportsAccounts payableTreasury and banks activitiesStatutory booksGroup reportingTake responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activityMonitor and analyze accounting dataAdhere to and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies, and principlesSet up and monitor accounting KPIsRegularly produce financial reports or statementsPerform and oversee annual audits (internal and external audits)Meet financial accounting objectivesPrepare and present KPIs to stakeholders, providing recommendationsBe responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulationBe the liaison for internal and external audit partnersWork with central teams to develop synergies and ensure proper workflowParticipate in process simplification, develop automation, rationalize processesEnsure smooth and efficient collaboration with the FP&A and Controlling teams for overall finance performanceBe a change driver of Company/Finance transformation & participate and lead initiatives linked to the company strategy including quality improvementParticipate in ERP enhancement and maintenance with IT and develop automation (RPA, etc.)
