Your MissionLocal accounting activitiesGroup accounting complianceTax reportsAccounts payableTreasury and banks activitiesStatutory booksGroup reportingTake responsibility for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and backup documentation, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activityMonitor and analyze accounting dataAdhere and ensure compliance with the legal and group accounting methods, policies and principlesSet up and monitor accounting KPIsRegularly produce financial reports or statementsPerform and oversee annual audits (internal and external audits)Meet financial accounting objectivesPrepare and present KPIs to stakeholders, Provide recommendationsBe responsible for the statutory and tax requirements and reports in agreement with the group policy and tax and accounting regulationBe the stakeholders of the internal and external audit partnersWork with the central teams to develop synergies and ensure proper workflow.Participate in process simplification, develop automation, RationalizeEnsure a smooth and efficient collaboration with the FP&A and Controlling teams for overall finance performanceBe a change driver of Company/Finance transformation & participate and lead initiatives linked to the company strategy including quality improvementParticipate in ERP enhancement and maintenance with IT and develop of automation (RPA, etc.) and modern practices.Attract, develop, and retain a high performing, skilled and motivated team.Encourage other employees to adhere to standards and qualityBe a change driver of Company/Finance transformation and lead/participate to transformational projects
