Accounting & Tax Lead (f/m/x) Location: Milano In this role you will: As a member of the financial team, you contribute to the development of the mission, vision, strategy, and objectives of the financial department. In particular you are the owner to: Coordinate the daily operations of the accounting department Manage and improve the Month End process guaranteeing high accuracy and deadlines respect. Guarantee strong ledger accuracy at cost center level Oversee the treasury activities Identify and deliver process/system improvements in Accounting Manage Fixed Assets/Current assets/Current liabilities/Losses & Profits/VAT/Tax (including Tax calculation) Collaborate with the external Tax consultant to be compliant with local Tax legislation rules Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations (from a Local and Group perspective) Act as a point of contact between internal departments and Accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties Ensure that all financial records are complete and accurate Prepare regular financial reports Assist with auditing and tax preparation Implement and enforce financial and inventory controls Support the local Finance Manager in the relationship with auditors Do you have questions?
