As an expert professional in your area, you manage the company's accounting processes to ensure:
Transparency, integrity, and strong accuracy in financial dataAlignment with Local and Group Accounting PoliciesIn this role you will:As a member of the financial team, you contribute to the development of the mission, vision, strategy, and objectives of the financial department. In particular, you are the owner of: Coordinate the daily operations of the accounting departmentManage and improve the Month End process guaranteeing high accuracy and deadline respect.Guarantee strong ledger accuracy at cost center levelOversee the treasury activitiesIdentify and deliver process/system improvements in AccountingManage Fixed Assets/Current assets/Current liabilities/Losses & Profits / VAT / Tax (including Tax calculation)Collaborate with the external Tax consultant to be compliant with local Tax legislation rulesEnsure adherence to relevant financial regulations (from a Local and Group perspective)Act as a point of contact between internal departments and Accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external partiesEnsure that all financial records are complete and accuratePrepare regular financial reportsAssist with auditing and tax preparationImplement and enforce financial and inventory controlsSupport the local Finance Manager in the relationship with auditorsJob requirementsUniversity degree in Accounting or equivalent business experienceLanguages: native in Italian and fluent in EnglishGeneral professional experience: Complex and structured organizationsAccountingIAS/IFRS/IT-GAAPProfessional experience for the position: Almost 5 years of experience preferred in a similar positionWhat's in it for you?One of our biggest goals as a company is the health and well-being of our employees.
