Garantire la corretta allocazione degli incassi ricevuti dai clienti strategici;
Collaborare con i Providers esterni collegati alle attività di gestione, recupero e incasso dei crediti;
Supportare la conciliazione contabile dei partitari clienti;
Monitorare la corretta redazione ed archiviazione elettronica-cartacea della documentazione civilistica-fiscale;
Porre in essere i controlli e i monitoring previsti da policy aziendali e dal Control-framework finanziario;
Monitorare il controllo dei conti supportando la riconciliazione e la risoluzione di pendenze contabili;
Implementare e mantenere procedure relative all'organizzazione;
Costruire relazioni e lavorare cross-functionality per il corretto funzionamento dei processi;
Emissione fatture vendite relative al no-core business verso il Gruppo e terze parti;
Responsabile di gestire il processo di controlli e risoluzione dei problemi legati alla fatturazione elettronica:
Controllo esiti trasmissione e azioni correttive per rinvio;
Interazione con Provider fatturazione elettronica e Customer Channel per risoluzione problematiche;
Interazione con Credit Management per impatti sul credito;
Contribuire al corretto trattamento fiscale del processo di fatturazione;
Garantire i controlli previsti da policy aziendali e dal Control-framework per il processo di fattura elettronica;
Rsponsabile per il processo di tracciatura dei bollini ottici e delle relative comunicazioni agli enti preposti circa l'utilizzo:
Conciliazione dei bollini ottici utilizzati e distrutti;
Interazione con i siti produttivi e clienti esterni per raccolta informazioni e soluzione problematiche;
Invio dei dati al Ministero della Salute;
Gestione tools per raccolta e trasmissione dati;
Garantire i controlli previsti dal Control-framework per il processo di tracciatura dei bollini;
Perchè te?Qualifiche e Skill di base: Cerchiamo professionisti con queste competenze necessarie per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi: Laurea Magistrale in Materie Economiche e percorsi affini
Esperienza 2/3 anni in ruolo analogo in realtà strutturate sulle tematiche relative alla contabilità generale e/o contabilità clienti
Ottima conoscenza della lingua locale e inglese
Normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance)
Conoscenza di tematiche fiscali a livello nazionale/internazionale
Approfondita conoscenza dei flussi e dei processi finanziari
Approfondita conoscenza dei principi contabili civili e fiscali
Conoscenza CERPs
Qualifiche e skill preferibili: Accountabilty for results
