Accounting Supervisor

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.The Accounting Supervisor, reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, will be included the central multi- lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries, mainly acting on foreign entities.The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationship with different departments as well as external consultants.The candidate must be curious and innovative, being able to support the team in identifying solutions and knowledge required in different jurisdictions.The candidate will be mainly responsible for the monthly activities of some foreign entities, acting as main point of contact for the accounting, statutory and tax matters.ACCOUNTINGMonth end process, such as accrual, deferral, payroll journals and fixed assetsAssistance for Internal auditPreparation of statutory accounts and financial statementsTrial balance reviewVAT and related statutory reportsStatutory AuditSOX dutiesAnnual statutory financials and related tasksFISCALIncome tax accruals – knowledge of the main concept about tax return, even if not specific for the foreign entitiesTransfer price documentationSupervision of the tax compliance and related annual depositRequirementsTechnical Skills5+ years of experience as Senior AccountantFluent in English (C1/C2)Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economicsKnowledge of IFRS principlesSOX (internal audit) principlesExperience analysing financial transactions and preparing reportsMS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skillsPlusKnowledge of Oracle- NetsuiteSerbian and/or Romanian languageBehavioural SkillsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsOrganized and results drivenAbility to cope under pressure and to work to tight deadlinesStrong team player and problem solverPassionate and proactive #J-18808-Ljbffr
