Accounting Supervisor

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.
The Accounting Supervisor, reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, will be included the central multi- lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries, mainly acting on foreign entities.
The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationship with different departments as well as external consultants.
The candidate must be curious and innovative, being able to support the team in identifying solutions and knowledge required in different jurisdictions.
The candidate will be mainly responsible for the monthly activities of some foreign entities, acting as main point of contact for the accounting, statutory and tax matters.
ACCOUNTING Month end process, such as accrual, deferral, payroll journals and fixed assets Assistance for Internal audit Preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements Trial balance review VAT and related statutory reports Statutory Audit SOX duties Annual statutory financials and related tasks FISCAL Income tax accruals – knowledge of the main concept about tax return, even if not specific for the foreign entities Transfer price documentation Supervision of the tax compliance and related annual deposit Requirements Technical Skills 5+ years of experience as Senior Accountant Fluent in English (C1/C2) Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics Knowledge of IFRS principles SOX (internal audit) principles Experience analysing financial transactions and preparing reports MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills Plus Knowledge of Oracle- Netsuite Serbian and/or Romanian language Behavioural Skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Organized and results driven Ability to cope under pressure and to work to tight deadlines Strong team player and problem solver Passionate and proactive #J-18808-Ljbffr
