Job DescriptionWe are strengthening our team at our location in Collegno, Italy.
What you can look forward to as Accounting Specialist: Electronic Invoicing: Managing and monitoring electronic invoices.Accounting Oversight: Checking and posting vendor invoices, manual customer invoices, credit notes, and warranty entries.Month-End and Year-End Closures: Gathering financial data and ensuring accurate accounting entries.Tax Compliance: Preparing and submitting periodic tax declarations (e.g., VAT, Intrastat).Audits & Controls: Supporting internal control activities and audits.Reconciliation: Handling tax payments and reconciling bank accounts.Your profile as Accounting Specialist: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience as a Financial Accountant or a similar role, preferably in an audit firmSolid knowledge of accounting regulations and business bookkeeping proceduresAdvanced Excel skills and experience with the SAP systemProficiency in English and ItalianStrong math skills and meticulous attention to detailExcellent time-management abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality in financial mattersBe part of our ZF team as Accounting Specialist and apply now!
