Scope The candidate will become part of the General Accounting department and will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative obligations assigned by the Chief Accountant, in compliance with company procedures and ensuring their correctness.
Main Responsibilities Ensure the correctness and reconciliation of accounting entries Support monthly closing activities Posting accrual entries Asset management Intercompany reconciliation Ensure the proper keeping of accounting books required by law Payroll registration and reconciliation Support the drafting of the statutory financial statement Collaborate with the Chief Accountant in relations with auditors and tax consultants Knowledge of withholding taxes Management of VAT and Intrastat reporting Important skills: Ability to manage the intrinsic stress of a rapidly changing environment Accuracy, analysis and deadline management skills Ability to act proactively / with initiative Problem solving skills Change-oriented Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of Excel Good knowledge of SAP Good English Other/Additional: Experience in multinational contexts Both ITA GAAP and IFRS experience As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
