At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.ScopeThe candidate will become part of the General Accounting department and will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative obligations assigned by the Chief Accountant, in compliance with company procedures and ensuring their correctness.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure the correctness and reconciliation of accounting entriesSupport monthly closing activitiesPosting accrual entriesAsset managementIntercompany reconciliationEnsure the proper keeping of accounting books required by lawPayroll registration and reconciliationSupport the drafting of the statutory financial statementCollaborate with the Chief Accountant in relations with auditors and tax consultantsKnowledge of withholding taxesManagement of VAT and Intrastat reportingAbility to manage the intrinsic stress of a rapidly changing environmentAccuracy, analysis, and deadline management skillsAbility to act proactively / with initiativeChange-orientedTechnical Skills:Excellent knowledge of ExcelGood knowledge of SAPOther/Additional:Experience in multinational contextsBoth ITA GAAP and IFRS experienceAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
