Accounting Specialist

conversion systems for the E-Mobility sector dedicated to electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrids (PHEV), representing an Italian excellence in the world. Accounting Specialist: The General Accounting Specialist manages the passive cycle to the accounting records organization in order to prepare the financial statements and the periodic budget closing. Moreover, he/she supervises the colleagues designated for the registration of local and foreign supplier invoices. The role also involves maintaining correspondence and reporting relationships with China. Additionally, the specialist serves as the administrative interface for SAP consultants/administrators.

A day in life: Keep updated the accounting records related to passive cycle;Support colleagues designated of the accounting invoices;Supervise tax compliance about indirect tax related to passive invoices registration (VAT compliance);SAP problem solving collaborating with external consultants;Prepare the local and consolidated financial statements;Prepare adjusting entries for the periodic or annual financial statement closing, dealing with the other department and with the colleagues specialized on active cycle, assets and treasury;Prepare the needed documentation required by the fiscal consultant. Must have: High school diploma/Degree in accounting or related field;3/5 years of experience in preparing both local and consolidated financial statements, as well as managing the passive cycle;Knowledge of SAP is a plus;Proficient in English;Capable of managing stress and handling situations of particular pressure.
