Job Overview: The Accounting Intern will complete the following tasks:
Check of receipts in different OutletsReconciliation of Payment SystemCheck of Invoices, Receipts and Credit NoteShipping InvoicesIssuing invoices requested by F&B, Spa and Guest ServicesPreparing wire transfer for suppliersCheck laundry listCheck invoices of Food & Beverage transfer through Materials ControlStorage of supplier Invoices, customer invoices and F&B receiptsCity ledger report and verify presence of back upParking checkBasic requirements: Qualifications: Degree or diplomaDesirable: Specialization Courses or MasterKnowledge of English languageAbout the Team: Developed in partnership with jeweler and luxury products designer Bulgari, our select Bulgari Hotels & Resorts are located in major cosmopolitan cities and luxury resort destinations.
