Esterni: Payroll provider, consulenti, Revisori Gruppo Ermenegildo Zegna, leader mondiale dell'abbigliamento maschile di lusso, è alla ricerca di un Accounting & HR Administration Specialist, che entri a far parte del team HR Administration presso la sede di Verrone (BI).
Principali attività, in affiancamento a Senior Specialist: Contabilizzo costo del lavoro secondo la normativa e procedure/timing definiti a livello di Gruppo Supporto nella predisposizione delle scritture di contabilità generale tramite SAP Verifica delle registrazioni contabili, predisposizione dell'account reconciliation anche in linea con la compliance SOX Disposizioni di pagamento relativi al personale e relativa contabilizzazione Controlli amministrativi relativi a contabilizzo costo del lavoro/cedolini paga etc. nel rispetto delle procedure delle società quotate US (SOX) Elaborazione reportistica, fornitura dati, estrazione della reportistica Excel necessaria allo svolgimento delle attività precedenti Attività di amministrazione del personale (es. gestione presenze, trasmissione input paghe a provider esterno) Supporto nella pianificazione costo del lavoro Gestione archivio Contatti e relazioni: Interni: Finance, Controllo di Gestione, HR, IT Esterni: Payroll provider, consulenti, Revisori
BACKGROUND E SKILLS: Pregressa esperienza (indicativamente un paio di anni) in ambito contabile Diploma Ragioneria Padronanza molto buona di Excel (Tabelle Pivot, Subtotali, Cercavert) Conoscenza e utilizzo di SAP sono considerate un plus Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Buone capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e a ritmi serrati Buone doti organizzative, gestione delle priorità, accuratezza, precisione e rispetto delle scadenze Retail is more than just the act of selling products.
