**Job description**:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Finance, Purchasing & Management Control team. This role involves supporting key accounting activities, contributing to the preparation of the Financial Statements, and facilitating the overall financial management for both the Company and the Group on a periodic and annual basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate cycle registrations (active/passive) related to purchase and sale orders, ensuring accurate logging into our accounting system;
Manage and record analytical data related to orders and cost centers for robust KPI reporting;
Oversee deadlines and tax obligations (eg VAT settlements, Esterometro, intrastat, tax deductions, etc.);
Maintain precise accounting records including cash registers, expense notes, personnel and others;
Ensure A/R invoices are registered with strict adherence to contractual and accounting compliance standards;
Assist in the financial management of investments and actively participate in updating business processes and procedures.
Support the preparation of periodic statutory and fiscal aspects closures;
Provide crucial support to the management control and purchasing departments.
Assist management with cash flow entries, budgeting and forecasting.
Navigate and address issues related to multi-national State TAX accounts.
Engage with complex accounting and financial issues, providing solutions and insights.

- **Requirements**:
- Master's degree with economics focus;
Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting, taxation, financial reporting (both statutory and fiscal);
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within well-structured mid-size corporate environments;
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with particular focus on ERP logic;
Previous experience with Microsoft Navision and PowerBi systems is an advantage;
Experience with consolidated financial statements is considered a plus.
