Position: Accounting Clerk

Your Challenges:

Record Keeping

Manage Invoice Payments

Accounts Receivable

Follow standards, procedures and applicable laws

Help Accounting Department

Maintaining Office Databases

Preparing Bank Deposit

Receiving and Recording Cash and Cheques

Reconciling accounts regularly

Reconciling Daily Balance Sheets

Ledger entries

Your profile includes:

Fluent English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus)

Work experience as an Accounting Clerk

Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software: Profice

Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Additional certification (CMA or CPA) is a plus
