The Accounting & Administrative Assistant is responsible for recording receivable and payable invoices, accounting, employee cost statement, analytical accounting, and F24 forms. The role will also support logistics operations as required and will provide support across the entire CRO at all levels, effectively providing assistance to the Management and actively contributing to the smooth running of the Terni Office. The role requires great organizational and adaptability skills.

Languages: Proficiency in oral and written Italian and English (third language is a plus)
Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point); Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
