Position: Accounting and Reporting SpecialistCompany: International Chemical CompanyDetails:International Chemical CompanyDescription:Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Apply and ensure that the directives, the policies and the company procedures are aligned with the Group guidelines;Manage records about privacy compliance;Work according to company rules;Interface with Headquarters;Manage the monthly closing process;Handle leasing accounting;Manage quarterly audit reports (internal external);Prepare/support the balance sheet according to Italian rules (statutory closing);Support the preparation of the budget and forecast (if requested);Responsible for Transfer Price documentation;Manage tax declarations;Foster efficient teamwork and good relationships with colleagues from other areas;Provide full support for the area.Candidate Profile:Minimum Requirements Skills:University degree with some years of experience in finance/accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience;Experience in an industry or preferably in an Audit company (big four);Independent working skills;Leadership skills;Proactive attitude;Fluent in English and ideally Spanish;Excellent computer skills (MS Office);Experience with SAP is appreciated.Job Offer:Permanent contract;Smartworking;Company canteen.
