Position: Accounting and Reporting Specialist Company: International Chemical Company Details: International Chemical Company Description: Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Apply and ensure that the directives, the policies and the company procedures are aligned with the Group guidelines; Manage records about privacy compliance; Work according to company rules; Interface with Headquarters; Manage the monthly closing process; Handle leasing accounting; Manage quarterly audit reports (internal & external); Prepare/support the balance sheet according to Italian rules (statutory closing); Support the preparation of the budget and forecast (if requested); Responsible for Transfer Price documentation; Manage tax declarations; Foster efficient teamwork and good relationships with colleagues from other areas; Provide full support for the area.
Candidate Profile: Minimum Requirements & Skills: University degree with some years of experience in finance/accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience in an industry or preferably in an Audit company (big four); Independent working skills; Leadership skills; Proactive attitude; Fluent in English and ideally Spanish; Excellent computer skills (MS Office); Experience with SAP is appreciated.
