Accounting and Administrative Officer Reporting – M/WResponsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investment companies).
This is a full-time internship lasting 6 months.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Accounting control and administrative activities on different types of funds (mutual funds, pension funds, welfare funds)Supervisory reports according to the current regulations on different types of funds (Bank of Italy, COVIP, ECC)Production of annual, semi-annual, and periodic reports on different types of fundsPerform the activities accurately, efficiently, following the procedures put in place, the current regulation in compliance with the cut-offs and deadlinesKnowledge and respect of Code of Conduct of SGSS GroupProfile Required Studies & Experience: Bachelor's degree in EconomicsPrior accounting and administrative experience, preferably acquired in Fund administration and more generally, knowledge in the economic and financial fieldLanguage Skills: Italian: C2English: B2Technical, Operational & Soft Skills: Accounting and regulatory knowledge on the mutual fund, pension funds, and welfare fundsGood communication skillsGood time management and commitment with deadlinesPrecision and accuracyGood interpersonal skills and cooperationCollective mindsetTeam spiritWhy Join Us: SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.
