Accounting and Administration Manager / Headquarters Reporting to the Head of Finance of Istituto Marangoni, the Accounting and Administration Manager will work to ensure that the accounting and administrative operations of the Company are accurate and well-managed, including maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, processes, and procedures. In addition, to support the Head of Finance in the managing of the legal and administrative steps for new business opportunities.
Key purpose of the role
Support the Head of Finance in the oversee of the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems and transaction-processing operations Develop the accounting systems, in cooperation with the Head of Finance, to enhance accounting automation and support the Company's growth and complexity Support the Head of Finance, in cooperation with the Headquarters controllership team, in the issue of timely and complete financial statements, coordinating the operative process with the local finance teams Cooperate with the Headquarters team and the local finance teams to manage the activity with the external auditors for the annual financial audit Collaborate to maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions and support the Head of Finance in coordinating the activity of internal and external controls Collaborate to ensure a documented system of accounting policies and procedures in each country, according to the local rules and requirements Support the Head of Finance in the review and analysis of the relevant legal and financial agreements Support the Head of Finance in managing the legal and administrative steps for new business opportunities Coordinate the Finance Team in the management and control of the agents' commissions invoices, in cooperation with the sales team, to enhance the simplification and automatization of the process Collaborative and create positive relationships with GGE regarding accounting and administrative activities. Requirements & Skills Professional accounting and business economic qualification. Minimum of 3/5 years experience in a similar role, international environment (preferably) Pro-active attitude and structured approach to problem-solving Pragmatic and comfortable with dynamic environments.
