Accountant The Accountant is responsible for financial statements of Italy and Spain and will work closely with the Senior Accountant to establish and maintain the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization.
This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager Europe and is part of the South Europe Finance Team located in Milan and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Management of accounts payable and general accounting;Verification of VAT registers and general ledger;Other administrative activities.The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma in accounting or Bachelor's degree in business;Basic knowledge of accounting (Invoice registration and VAT treatment);Ability to communicate in basic/business English, Spanish is a plus.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Use of ERP - SAP;Accounting department in an international environment.Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
