As an Accountant Spain, you will be part of the Finance South - Europe Team based in Milan. You will be responsible for the accounting management of the Group's Spanish Companies reporting directly to the Accounting Manager and working closely with the Finance Director - South Europe.
What you will be doing: Manage all administrative accounting/bookkeeping, reporting, civil, tax and management compliance in collaboration with external Spanish consultants.Verify compliance with the accounting and administrative procedures of the active and passive cycle of the company's Core business, fully automated.Guarantee all monthly and annual tax compliance always with the support of local consultants and the Group's Tax and Legal structures.Manage reporting, monthly closings, reconciliation of Intercompany balances, treasury, data clearing, according to French and international accounting standards through SAP System and other company tools.Collaborate with HR, Treasury, Credit functions for all accounting and management aspects according to Group policies.Support different business functions during the development of extraordinary operations and implementation of new business processes. What we are looking for: Degree in Finance, Economics or in Accounting and/or has gained extensive experience in a similar role within Italian and international entities. Previous experience in Spanish companies is a plus.Experience in general or tax accounting.Familiar with US GAAP.Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language. Spanish is a plus.Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP.Accuracy, organizational autonomy and results orientation.
