At Villa Sant'Andrea we are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountant can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management.

Main duties: General cashier procedures, collect, count and prepare bank deposit on daily basisPrepare and maintain all cash float contract and perform the audit of funds on monthly basisReview group account bills/invoices and relevant advance depositsVerify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issuesManage the guest ledger, city ledger and advance deposit on daily basisReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Perform bank and credit card reconciliation on daily basisPrepare and manage credit meetings with Front Office Manager, General Manager, Financial Controller on monthly basisProcess and collect all guest refundsInvestigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to the credit card companyPerform B/S account reconciliationsAssist in general financial management and analysisRequirements: Previous experience in hospitality preferredGood command of EnglishBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.More education or experience may be preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.Ethical behavior.Attention to details.Benefits: Seasonal contract according to Italian law 'C.C.N.L.
