Position
We are currently seeking anAccounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist. Your primaryresponsibilities will include managing the transfer and implementation of AP/ARprocesses from Finland through online training. You will handle client billing,register invoices in various ERP systems such as Oracle and NetSuite, andensure compliance with US GAAP standards. Your role involves processingrecurring invoices and credit card payments, coding NON-PO invoices, andmanaging employee expenses through systems like Chrome River and Concur.Additionally, you will process both automatic and manual payments, createaccruals, and assist in the month-end close process. Handling vendor queries,supporting audits, updating AP/AR procedures, and performing various ad-hocduties are also essential parts of your responsibilities.
This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protectedcategory according to L68/99.
You could be the perfect candidate if you have
At least 1 year of experience in AP/AR department
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
US GAAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in an international team
Flexibility and good organization of working time
Good written and spoken English and Italian
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative
