Position
We are currently seeking anAccountsPayable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist. Your primaryresponsibilities will include maintaining master data and executing as well asimproving dunning processes. You will actively contact customers to clarifyinquiries and cooperate with external collection agencies. In this role, youwill identify opportunities to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies,providing clear and concise information to support informed decision-making.Additionally, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensureopen and effective communication.
Furthermore, you will beresponsible for ensuring and coordinating efficient communication withcustomers, gathering and analyzing information to ensure accuracy andconsistency across the organization, and managing any changes related tocustomer master data. In addition to these tasks, you will also handle variousadministrative duties as required.
As part of your accountabilities,you will focus on the collection of receivables, ensuring that all financialobligations are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work oncultivating and maintaining strong business relations to support long-termcollaboration and trust between the company and its clients.

You could be the perfect candidate if you have
At least 1 year of experience in AP/AR department
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
US GAAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in an international team
Flexibility and good organization of working time
Good written and spoken English and Italian
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative
