Position We are currently seeking an
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist. Your primary
responsibilities will include managing the transfer and implementation of AP/AR
processes from Finland through online training. You will handle client billing,
register invoices in various ERP systems such as Oracle and NetSuite, and
ensure compliance with US GAAP standards. Your role involves processing
recurring invoices and credit card payments, coding NON-PO invoices, and
managing employee expenses through systems like Chrome River and Concur.
Additionally, you will process both automatic and manual payments, create
accruals, and assist in the month-end close process. Handling vendor queries,
supporting audits, updating AP/AR procedures, and performing various ad-hoc
duties are also essential parts of your responsibilities. This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected
category according to L68/99.
You could be the perfect candidate if you have At
least 1 year of experience in AP/AR department Bachelor's
degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong
understanding of accounting principles and practices US
GAAP knowledge is a plus Ability
