ABOUT THE JOB Excel report creation
Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency/accuracy and implement solutions Complete projects and other responsibilities as assigned Reconcile bank and credit cards accounts Responsible of bank internal report Filing and management of account payables database and ageing report Management of payables invoices ABOUT YOU Strong knowledge in accounting The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams and Outlook Be fluent in both verbal and written English.
Additional languages advantageous Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management Accuracy, integrity and ability to work within specific deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact with people within the team or with other team members You have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks From a workplace to a place to belong.
