The job consist in managing administrative activities related to the Fashion, Design and Fashion & Art Schools in Milan and Florence, both in accounting and reporting activities as well as monthly and annual accounting closings.

Main responsibilities of the role:Managing activities related to the active cycle by interfacing with the Admission officeInvoicing and debt collectionManaging and monitoring active invoices on the Interchange SystemSupporting the Finance Manager in analysis activities required by Management and HeadquartersSupporting the Finance Manager in managing activities related to the intercompany processSupport in the management of activities related to the accounts payable cycleGeneral accounting recordsAccounting and reconciliation of bank and cash movementsSupport during monthly and annual accounting closing activitiesSupport during audit activitiesEducation and skillsBachelor's degree in Economics or Diploma in accounting1/2 years of experience in the roleStrong accuracy and problem solving skillsAbility to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensityGood knowledge of the English languageGood knowledge of Sap B1 accounting program and Office package
