Accountant Intern

The Accountant Intern is responsible for supporting all aspects of accounts receivables, accounts payable, general ledger, and associated internal controls.
In support of controllers' initiatives, the Assist Accountant ensures compliant, timely, and accurate internal and external data entry.
Main accountabilities of the role: Preparatory work for booking - Checking and editing docs, etc.
Checking incoming invoices in cooperation with accounts payable specialist and procurement team.
Forwarding checked accounting documents to relevant accountants/specialists.
Supporting accountants to issue invoices.
Handling incoming telephone and written requests from creditors regarding invoices and reminders.
Handling questions from Alphen.
Supporting monthly closing.
Assisting controllers in preparing ad-hoc reports.
Requirements Educational Level: Vocational Level Professional Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
