Accountant Intern

Main characteristic of the role:The Accountant Intern is responsible for supporting all aspects of accounts receivables, accounts payable, general ledger and associated internal controls.
In support of controllers' initiatives, the Assist Accountant ensures compliant, timely and accurate internal and external data entry.Main accountabilities of the role:Invoice ProcessingPreparatory work for booking - Checking and editing docs etc.Checking incoming invoices in cooperation with account payable specialist and procurement teamForwarding of checked accounting documents to relevant accountants/specialistSupport accountant to issue invoicesHandling of incoming telephone and written requests of creditors regarding invoices and reminders.Handling of questions from AlphenSupport Monthly closingCheck outstanding receivablesSupport controllers to prepare the ad-hoc reportsRequirementsEducational Level: Vocational LevelProfessional Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experienceLeadership Level: Individual Contributor#J-18808-Ljbffr
