Accountant Expert

The Finance and Accounting department is at the centre of our organization and is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.Function and key responsibilitiesTo reinforce its team, Zanotti is looking for an Accountant Expert that will work for the Finance and Accounting department, functionally reporting into the Finance and Accounting Manager and collaborating with the Finance team.Your main responsibilities will be the following:Monitor accounts payable balances and processesReview monthly financial statements across Zanotti GroupGenerate and review monthly reportsManage tax accountingAssist with preparation for annual auditsEnsure compliance with internal accounting proceduresEnsure and monitor accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts and invoicesEducationAssociate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferredFluent in English and Italian languagesYour profileIn order to achieve the above, you need to have:5+ years of general ledger/accounts payable accounting experience preferably gained in multinational companiesPrevious experience with SAP or similar ERP software suiteUnderstanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principlesFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft OutlookWe are eager to know people with a strong technical interest, willing to lead and follow-up a project.
