Works with Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to create and implement strategies for maximizing current business and obtaining new business at the assigned OEM(s).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Accounts Payable team and be co-responsible for the input of purchase invoices and expense notes; Follow up on timely payment of suppliers; assure completeness of costs during the closing; Review of incoming invoices with regard to legal requirements and forwarding via an electronic workflow for approval; On-time preparation and handling of payment runs; Account clarification and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance in ERP; Processing and recording of travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations; Performs AccountsReceivable (AR) daily operational activities; Cash allocation and payment recording (direct debits, bank transfers, etc.
