Job Description As an integral member of our Finance team, the Accountant plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various financial processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of general ledger entries, ensuring their accuracy and completeness. Support regular reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data. Support accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment disbursement. Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt of payments. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures. Collaborate with the team to develop and monitor budgets. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation. Assist in the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and its continuous optimization. Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bilingual or full-proficiency (C1 level) of both English and Italian. Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in finance software and advanced skills in MS Excel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. +3 years of experience as an Accountant, showcasing a solid understanding of accounting principles. Additional Information
