Job Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our Finance & Administration (F&A) Team in Italy. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting and enhancing the administrative functions of our Italian entity, contributing to a streamlined and compliant financial framework.
Responsibilities :
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for the Italian entity. Process, verify, and manage supplier invoices through our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Generate, manage, and track customer invoices, maintaining accurate financial records. Oversee and reconcile bank transactions to support smooth financial operations. Administer the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. Assist with VAT reporting, bank postings, and payroll, supporting the team's monthly financial activities. Prepare and provide detailed financial reports for the Italian entity and the larger group, contributing valuable insights for decision-making. Qualifications High School Diploma or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Italian fiscal regulations is essential. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficient in ERP systems; experience with IFS is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while fostering a team spirit. A passion for accounting and a creative approach to solving daily challenges.
