Candidate ProfileMinimum Accounting or Controlling certificate; Bachelor is a plus, preferably focused in Finance or Accounting.2-3 years experience.Very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).Excellent technical skills and demonstrated ability to master databases (Excel) and ERP SAP system.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ActivitiesSupport daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue and expenditure, stock accounting, and fixed assets.Maintain accurate and timely processing of general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.Handle monthly accounting closing operations in SAP.Ensure correct bank reconciliation with the general ledger.Support in the preparation and publication of the Quarterly Financial Reporting Package (CAP) in liaison with the Accounting Manager.Assist in the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statement and related documents (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow statements, Explanatory Notes).Regularly prepare and verify Financial and fiscal reports or statements (VAT register, Libro Giornale, Libro Mastro, Libro Inventari, Libro Cespiti, Libro magazzino).Prepare reports for the Italian Statistics Institution (ISTAT).Support in the preparation of Monthly Billing Statement and periodic stock analysis and reconciliation with the general ledger.Participate in the yearly physical stock inventory on site.Manage ageing account payables and receivables.Perform SOX controls related to the Accounting processes.Provide ad-hoc support on various yearly audits (accounting, JV, Company).Context & EnvironmentTotalEnergies is a multi-energy company that produces and markets energy on a global scale: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gas, renewables, and electricity.
