JOB PURPOSE Support for accounting activities, reconciliation of receipts, payments, and invoicing. RESPONSIBILITIES Verification of received documents based on the requirements of tax regulations and Group procedures. Reconciliation of daily retail and e-commerce receipts. Supplier invoice review (purchase orders/prices/due dates). Updating of corporate accounting in the SAP system. Execution of tasks related to document management (payment authorization requests, supplier follow-ups, scanning, optical archiving). Ledger control and reconciliation. Support for monthly closing activities. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in economics 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Good knowledge of English, German is optional Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of the SAP ERP software will be considered a plus Strong analytical and summarizing skills J-18808-Ljbffr
