**JOB PURPOSE**
- To support the Account Department, based In Tuscany, in the management of the accounts payable of the parent company.
Prada spa's accounts payable are managed by several teams specialized by purchase type.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check of passive invoices (matching them with approved orders)
- Understanding of the rules for the allocation of costs to cost centers and bookkeeping
- Correct enforcement of VAT regulations
- Digital storage
- Problem solving with internal purchase departments and external suppliers' accounting departments
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Degree in Economics or high school diploma with long-term experience in accounting- At least 2 years of experience in accounting positions- A_ccounting work experience in SAP ERP (SAP FI and SAP MM)
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package- Good analysis and synthesis skills- Good knowledge of English
