Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing communication plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all communications and inquiries.Work with clients, internal teams (including creative, strategy, and media) and local markets to ensure seamless and successful execution of campaigns and projects.Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Excellent English and Italian spoken and written knowledge.French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic knowledge are considered as a plus.5+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients in a communication agency setting.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical and strategic mindset, ability to think strategically and creatively while also managing details and deadlines.Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects.Additional InformationWe take care of our talents and their wellbeing:
