As the Team Manager in Business Assurance, you will be responsible for managing a sizable team spanning several countries, talent management, recruitment, and effective stakeholder management.Contract: Permanent, full-timeLocation: Vimercate (3 days in the office, 2 from home)Ref number: 25505Role DescriptionThe Account Receivable Team Manager will be responsible for performing financial and administrative activities towards clients and team members.
They will primarily focus on the company's Italian operations while also overseeing invoicing activities in 1-2 additional countries.
You will manage a team of 10+ people spanning several countries, and you'll be involved in the talent management, recruitment, and effective stakeholder management.The role requires someone with people management experience, a system and process knowledge, handle cash flow reports, and initiate/support process standardization and improvement initiatives.Must Have Skills2-4 years' experience in leading a teamExperience with invoicing systems such as Oracle Finance.Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness of working cross border and in a matrix organization is an assetProfessional experience in financial environmentNative Italian language skills - both written and verbalAdvanced English skills – both written and verbalRecruitment experience focus on retentionAbility to manage stakeholders at various levelsNice to Have SkillsSpanish or French fluency is a plus.Next StepsIf you are an experienced leader with a passion for financial and administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
