Within the Pharma Services Group, the Drug Product Division Europe is responsible for the development and commercial production of drugs improving the life of millions of patients. To achieve this ambitious development, we're looking for Account Payable Specialist to support our growing business and meet our new challenges in the coming years.
The position reports into the Team Leader Accounting of the Italian Legal Entity.
The ideal candidate has a "hands-on" attitude, a positive mindset, and the enthusiasm to take on a challenging assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate will demonstrate expertise in the following area:
Accounts PayableWork with the Internal and External auditorsReview supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesPerform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accounts are accurate and up to dateManage the internal and external queries regarding invoices and paymentsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, handling inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist in month-end closing activitiesManage the relationship with the Procurement Team in order to be compliance to the Procure To Pay process Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring all payments are made accurately and on timePartner with colleagues within the site and Global Business Service Group to drive the accounting process improvementsRequirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant background5+ years of relevant Finance work experiencePractical knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & strong knowledge of SAPCommitment to continuous learningGood English level is mandatory.
