In order to strengthen our Accounts Payable and Receivable Team, we are looking to hire an Account Payable Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Coordinate accounting personnel in daily tasks Oversee the activities of the Operation team Key personnel to answer to Purchasing and/or Commercial Department Approval customer and supplier bank guarantees Coordination of Service Provider and KPI's monitoring Review financial data to make forecasting decisions about financial strategies Ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Supervision of accounts payable process and accounts receivable billing process Tax compliance support Assist company in executing company policies and compliance procedures Credit analysis and check of the provision for doubtful accounts Participate in the monthly Credit Committee Management of strategic meetings with customers and suppliers Coordination of accounting projects: automation of invoice registration, efficiency of business processes in Accounts Payable and Receivable area Coordinate deliverables to both external auditors and internal auditors Assist senior staff and management with daily operations, special projects and ad hoc requests Required Profile In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in economics field, and you will have gained at least 5 years dedicated experience in Accounting and IT GAAP, IAS/IFRS background.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
