Account Payable Associate - Maternity Leave

Account Payable Associate - Maternity Leave Reference: FEND03729 The position is based in Rome within the Accounts Payable team. Reporting to the Account Payables Supervisor, he / she is responsible for the following activities: Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems; Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments; Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process; Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting; Comply with national and local financial regulations; Entering invoices into the accounts payable system; Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment; Processing payments; Generate purchase orders when necessary; Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor; Assist senior financial officers as needed. Profile: Degree in economy or related field required; At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting; Strong knowledge of SAP4H; Excellent knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Knowledge of English is required; Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated; Time management capacity to respect deadlines; Organized and detail-oriented; Appreciation for problem-solving abilities.
