Account Payable Associate - Maternity Leave

Account Payable Associate - Maternity Leave Reference: FEND03729
The position is based in Rome within the Accounts Payable team.
Reporting to the Account Payables Supervisor, he / she is responsible for the following activities:
Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems;Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments;Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process;Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting;Comply with national and local financial regulations;Entering invoices into the accounts payable system;Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment;Processing payments;Generate purchase orders when necessary;Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor;Assist senior financial officers as needed. Profile: Degree in economy or related field required;At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting;Strong knowledge of SAP4H;Excellent knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Knowledge of English is required;Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated;Time management capacity to respect deadlines;Organized and detail-oriented;Appreciation for problem-solving abilities.Additional information: LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect for each person's singularities.
