The Role As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, and Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies.
Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.What You'll DoManage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-levelHold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of workingServe as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for themManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateKeep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challengesAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customerMeet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targetsRequirements5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services3+ years of account management within the Life Science industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasEnterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software SolutionsStrategic account planning and execution skillsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-levelMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionA passion for solving customer business problemsMust have a team-first mentalityBusiness-level fluency in Italian and EnglishNice to HaveUnderstanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality and SafetyPerks & BenefitsAnnual allocations for continuous learning, development & charitable contributionsFitness reimbursementWork anywhere#RemoteItalyVeeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.As an equal opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
