The Parker Engine and Mobile Filtration (Europe) Division provides on board filtration solutions for major European OEMs.
These include Fuel, CCV, Air, H2, etc filters.
The Division is based in Dewsbury, UK.
The role is based in Corsico (MI), Italy.
**Position Summary**
As a KAM for Iveco Group and CNHI you are charged with generating profitable growth with this strategic client for Parker by working closely with the client's Engineering teams and developing a favorable climate for working with Parker.
The role requires daily contact with both the EMFE division as well as the customer plants and engineering teams.
You need to be an independent leader who has ultimate responsibility for the account.
**Responsibilities**
- Be an independent leader who has ultimate responsibility for the account
- Create and agree upon a business/growth plan for this customer
- Create a business plan that reflects the plans, objectives organization, product range, etc of your specific account
- Execute the agreed growth plan and use tracking documentation to demonstrate progress on the growth initiatives indicated in the growth plan
- Lead your account High Performance Team
- Participate in the necessary team/divisional/PSC events and meetings
- Create and execute an annual PFEC
- Work with Power BI, OBIEE and OEC is to be expected
- Supply market intelligence

- Technical sales background
- Willingness to work with a large OEM
- Experience in Engine and Mobile filtration preferred but not required
- Able to work on own initiative whilst remaining a team player
- Able to relate to and positively influence senior level customer & Parker personnel
- Able to think strategically whilst managing practical day to day operating issues
- IT skills (Office)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Flexibility and be willing to travel as the demands of the role dictate
- Excellent communication skills in Italian & English are a requirement
