Account Manager Public Sales — Lombardy (F/M/X)

Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management and administrations;Define and execute the account strategies to develop Sysmex businesses in the assigned territories;Lead the account team through all pre-sales processes;Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives in targeted accounts.Account Manager Public Sales — Lombardy (f/m/x)In this role you will:Lead all pre-sales and customer engagement activities in the assigned territory, in alignment with Sysmex strategy and marketing plan;Be responsible for achieving all sales objectives and key commercial metrics, both at account and territory level;Have an in-depth knowledge of Sysmex solutions, their value proposition, and competitors' portfolio;Identify and analyze key market trends and changes in purchasing behavior to improve forecast accuracy and best planning of company resources;Be responsible for accurate forecasting, regular sales updates, and the ROI of the assigned budget;Gain valuable insights on market, competition, and customer evolution to support business planning, fine-tuning marketing plans, and defining long-term strategy;Create account plans to drive commercial success and long-term engagement with key stakeholders by leveraging deep knowledge of the account and the healthcare ecosystem;Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions together with marketing, application, and service teams;Take ownership of the tender process, coordinating all resources involved in the tender preparation and offering;Apply strategic selling methodologies by identifying decision-makers, understanding needs and critical success factors, mapping the buying influence, and articulating the value of Sysmex solutions for each stakeholder;Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions and mobilizing the right resources to drive commercial success;Trace the sales process and activities by maintaining updated information on the CRM system, including pipeline progress, areas of risk and opportunity, and follow-up of action plans.This role requires the employee to be able to visit clinical laboratories and departments.
Job requirementsDegree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.Business Management qualification would be a plus.Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).General professional experience:At least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry in sales and marketing functions.Professional experience for the position:Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations.Negotiation and tender management.What's in it for you?One of our biggest goals as a company is the health and well-being of our employees.
