Salary: EUR 50.000 - 70.000

About the role: We are looking for a new Account Manager with excellent organizational and self-management skills to collaborate with the Vascular team and the Regional Sales Manager in achieving the commercial objectives of the designated geographical area they will represent: Central-East Italy (Marche, Abruzzo, and Molise).
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Develop as a professional account manager by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals. Able to tackle routine issues, with limited knowledge in the medical device industry (Boston Scientific and competitors).Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific regularly and in a planned manner to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under the close supervision & guidance of the Manager.Follow instructions of the Manager to plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools (consignment, etc).Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.Begin establishing business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff.Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.Analyse and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & yearly basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.Upon request, may participate in project teams.What are we looking for in you? Health Sciences academic studies background.At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales; and/or background in vascular products or clinical support.Experience supporting procedures in the operating room will be valuable.Based in either Marche or Abruzzo.Experience in Vascular, Cardiovascular, or Peripheral Intervention products & procedures.Local Customers & market knowledge.Experience preparing tenders & relationships with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.Motivation and positive attitude.Availability for travel in the area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.What we can offer you: Permanent contract.Base salary + incentives & company benefits.A team-oriented company culture.Excellent training/development programs.Autonomy.Equal Opportunity Employer: We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
