Responsibilities
Are you a strategic thinker with charisma for building and nurturing client relationships? Do you excel in developing tailored solutions and driving sales growth? PolyWorks Europa is looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our Italian subsidiary, ideally based in or willing to relocate to the Milan or Turin region. Leverage your expertise to enhance client satisfaction and expand our market presence in this key area.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our clients using our advanced software solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities, and implement effective strategies to expand major accounts. Represent PolyWorks Europa at trade shows, demonstrate our software, and collaborate with the marketing team on local initiatives. Assist partners throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless and effective experience. Qualifications
A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with five (5) years of experience in strategic sales, particularly with high-technology products. Experience in 3D metrology or familiarity with PolyWorks is a plus. Comprehensive understanding of market trends with the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are thoroughly addressed. Skill in identifying client requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Strong aptitude for negotiating deals and influencing stakeholders to reach favorable agreements. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel across Italy and possess a valid driver's license. Based in or willing to relocate to the Milan or Turin region.
